I tried a couple of other dealers who wouldn’t put forth the effort to even try and make a deal, but Ferman was different. Darren made sure I knew all about the truck, really taking time off the lot to show me all the features and to ensure I love it before we made our way back to the dealership where Robinson pushed for me to get the deal I wanted. Overall I would definitely recommend if you are even close to being local, go to this dealership! More

Frustrating lot Was there looking for a new vehicle on Sunday 8/25/19. First visit. Was in the high 90's for temperature and having walking problems (temporary handicapped place card). Wanted and tried to drive my car up and down the lanes of vehicles to check out what was on lot. ALL the lanes were closed off at the end requiring me to back up the enter lane. Was very frustrating. After trying numerous lanes I was very frustrated and told the sales person how frustrating it was. I was told they were blocked off to prevent theft. Well it also prevents customers from seeing vehicles without walking the lot. Went to other lots and didn't have that problem. I will not be back to your business. I did find a vehicle I will buy at another Chevy Dealer. More

2013 Grand Sport purchase Driver side door has squeak which was not addressed by Service Department so I will have to bring back for correction under 30 day warranty. Lublication which I apply did not work so adjustment is required by Dealer Service Department. Reasonable price offered for my 1933 Corvette as trade in. Both cars had low mileage of around 31,000 miles. Would purchase from this dealer again for a new Corvette in the future and would seek out same sale's person...Justin Rook. More

Good Deal but not so good experience Car had hundreds of carpet bugs, had to get angry with the manager on the phone before they agreed to come pick up the car and fix it. Supposed to be done on Sunday but found out afternoon on Sunday it wasn't going to be finished until Monday afternoon. Now I have to uber 45 minutes back to the dealership to pick it up on my own dime. This experience could have been 5 stars by making things a little easier for me but they chose to go the other route. More
