Overall Positive Experience Minus VIP Overall, we got a great deal on our vehicle and left pleased. Of course, we were there for 6 hours, which I partially expect when buying a new car; ho Overall, we got a great deal on our vehicle and left pleased. Of course, we were there for 6 hours, which I partially expect when buying a new car; however, the VIP appointment was completely worthless. I made the appointment a week ahead of time, and per the description, I expected Starbucks coffee to be waiting upon my arrival (it was not nor was it mentioned). I had talked to the sales rep and texted him the week before with two VINs for vehicles we wanted to see. He promised to send over info prior to the appt, but I got nothing. I even texted two days before, asking for an update and got no response. Upon arrival, the sales rep asked why we were there, with no recollection of our previous conversation or my text...therefore, the cars were not ready for us to see when we got there, which definitely dragged out the process. Again, we ended up with the vehicle we wanted and were happy with the purchase, but the VIP experience was non-existent. More
