Great first time experience in the service area! First time bringing my 2018 Chevy Suburban for service. The gentleman that was in the bay and greeted me was extremely polite and helped me to find m First time bringing my 2018 Chevy Suburban for service. I met Peter and let him know that I just had my windows tinted so please don't roll down the windows. Ernie, my salesman, was very pleasant and even offered to drive me back to my office which was unexpected and extremely appreciated.I got a call within a couple of hours that my truck was ready, very nice. I was happy to see when I got back that there was a sticky note on my window controls that read: Please don't roll down the windows or you will be beaten by the owner!" The same nice gentleman greeted me in the bay and escorted me to get my paperwork and lead me to the cashier. I am sorry I can't remember his name. Thank you for a great service experience. More
