Great car-buying experience I came to Ferman because I wanted a full electric vehicle and was disappointed with the reviews and features I saw in the Tesla Model 3 (I just have t I came to Ferman because I wanted a full electric vehicle and was disappointed with the reviews and features I saw in the Tesla Model 3 (I just have to have a speedometer in front of my face) and so I wanted to look at the Chevrolet Bolt EV. The internet team that emailed me was very helpful and not overly bothersome and my appointment setup was quick and easy. At the dealership everyone was very nice and the salesman was very knowledgeable even about a slightly niche vehicle like the Bolt EV. Everyone stayed late and got the deal done and gave me a very fair (maybe too fair but I won’t complain) price on my trade-in. Overall, my car-buying experience was flawless and I recommend Ferman to anyone looking at a Chevrolet, especially the superior Bolt EV. More

Horrible Experience The dealership kept my car for over seven weeks, they were unable to get parts, when they did get parts they were damaged, the one in only mechanic c The dealership kept my car for over seven weeks, they were unable to get parts, when they did get parts they were damaged, the one in only mechanic certified to work on my car was sick, the mechanic who is certified to work on my car was working on someone else’s car, etc. When we finally did get the car back, the alignment was so messed up that they carpooled incredibly hard to the right. We had just had an alignment done prior to taking it in for service, so this was not a pre-existing problem. We waited for over an hour And a half for the alignment to be finished. Finally my husband went to check on it only to find it had been finished, but no one had bothered to tell us. More
