Awesome Salesman, HORRIBLE SERVICE Vehicle was certified and inspected but radio did not work. Whoever inspected to the vehicle lied & simply checked off the box for inspection. Purchased on a Friday, asked for the sound not be fixed, but the service department said they were swapped to go on a Monday and ask for appointment. I showed up on Monday and was asked to call later because they didn't know when they could make an appointment. For the next two days my husband and I continued calling with similar results. Four days later I refused to leave the dealership until I received an appointment because it seemed they did not want to help me again. Salesman that initially helped me buy the vehicle was always there attempting to get me help but the service department would always brush him off. I felt bad for him because I saw how the service department treated him, which was similar to my service. Left vehicle and 3 days later the service department it was fixed to pick it up. I show up and waited approximately an hour because they misplaced my paperwork and keys, shuffled me to different people and building and when they found the keys the vehicle was out of fuel!!! More

Adaquate service Wait times are far too long. Way too many cars come in for amount of advisors and techs there are. My advisor also tried to inform me my car wasn’t co Wait times are far too long. Way too many cars come in for amount of advisors and techs there are. My advisor also tried to inform me my car wasn’t covered under warranty when it actually was covered by fedelity. It got handled because I pushed him to check the system again. So after me pushing through some ups and downs the work to fix my A/C cost around $600 with me paying only the $100 deductible. But again I sort of had to make my warranty status known. More
