Buying a new car with trade in We took our Chevy Impala in for service and looked at the Equinox while we were waiting. We liked the looks of the car and the size, etc. Michael Me We took our Chevy Impala in for service and looked at the Equinox while we were waiting. We liked the looks of the car and the size, etc. Michael Menden saw us and came out and talked with us and was very nice and not pushy salesman. We told him we would be back the next day and he had the Equinox, washed, gassed up and ready to give a test drive. We did so, and ended up trading in our Impala for the Equinox. So far, we are enjoying our new car. Also, Pete Coley was nice and courteous as he did the finance papers. Thanks Pete and Michael More

Brian Rabeau got me in for service right away, and completed the job in a very timely manner with the help of technician James Mills. I have been using Ferman Chevrolet since 2003 when I bought my truck. I wont let anyone else do any type of repair on my vehicle, and have been completely satisfied all these years!! More

Great service I took my Traverse in for an oil change and actually had a very enjoyable visit. I also had to have the windshield wiper motor replaced, which resulted in a longer visit than planned, but Jimmy kept popping into the waiting room to update and check on us. mishandling of financial deal After trading in my 2014 Cruze LTZ and leasing a 2018 Equinox Premier, after the paper work was complete I was told that a mistake was made and I woul After trading in my 2014 Cruze LTZ and leasing a 2018 Equinox Premier, after the paper work was complete I was told that a mistake was made and I would need to come up with another $900. from the trade-in to make the deal. When I said I was disappointed with the trade value anyway ($8,000. for a vehicle listed on the lot at $12,400.) and was ready to walk, the $900. disappeared. This is old fashioned car dealing that has been cast aside by most modern dealerships! I was waiting for check for $5,000. for trade-in and was told by financial officer it would be one week, but salesman told me it would be more like three weeks. After waiting four weeks, I finally drove to the dealership where I was told that a mistake was made and if I hadn't appeared that day, the check would never have been cut! Either negligence or incompetence but either way I will never consider Ferman Chevrolet for another vehicle and will do everything in my power to dissuade others from buying from that dealership. More
