However once we actually went into the store Kat could not have been easier to work with, she was exceptional from the initial greeting to helping us move car seats over before we drove off the lot. Everything went well, but picking up the vehicle. The vehicle was done when expected, as well as it came in $300 under what they had quoted. The problem being my fiancé went to pick up the vehicle and The vehicle was done when expected, as well as it came in $300 under what they had quoted. The problem being my fiancé went to pick up the vehicle and was given the runaround all over the dealership. Something that should’ve taken about five minutes ended up taking almost 20 minutes for her just to pick up our vehicle and turn in the loaner. It was not our service guy we worked with it was just people around the service area who couldn’t give her a proper direction. More
