We were greeted immediately and with courtesy directed to someone who quickly introduced us to the sales supervisor, determined our interests and assigned and introduced us to a terrific and efficient salesman, Zeyad Altuama / "call me Z". He asked all appropriate questions and determined that he had what would fit our described specifics. The car he showed us met all expectations and more. He took the time to explain the new devices in very good detail until we were satisfied (. after driving the vehicle) that we would like to negotiate a sale/ out the door price. That did happen and two days later we were the proud owners of a beautiful new High CountryTraverse. Taking a 2500 mile trip into sometimes snowy and very cold areas it performed without a flaw where some others sadly did not. I know we have more to learn about the attributes, but we are glad we made this choice at this dealership and especially with Z and his personable manager. Don and Diana More

Due to my fresh bankruptcy, I was turned down and turned away because of dealerships wanting $6000 or more on a down payment😳, I do understand their reasoning however there was no way in this lifetime I could even dream of such a high down payment. However the moment I walked in the door the atmosphere was very welcoming and comforting. My Sales Person was Marckell Johnson and he totally blew my mind! Remember I just had a fresh bankruptcy, BUT with Marckell on the scene, I totally had forgotten about the bankruptcy, I didn’t had to jump through no hoops, in fact Marckell made the whole transaction very transparent and although I had originally came there to buy a 2002 Buick Rendezvous thinking that was all I would be able to get, Marckell had something better in mind, I had to polish up my faith! I drove away with a 2015 Kia Sportage very low miles and plenty of space, exactly what I was looking for.
