Rear Bumper Repair I came to Ferman to get my rear bumper repaired. I was rear-ended in a car I had only had for 5 days. And the other driver had taken off. Not only was I came to Ferman to get my rear bumper repaired. I was rear-ended in a car I had only had for 5 days. And the other driver had taken off. Not only was the personnel compassionate, about my situation, they were also very professional and courteous. My car was looked at, written up and the patients ordered. As well as scheduling a drop off date and time. Once the parts came in, I dropped it off and it was ready in three days. The bumper turned out great and it looked like a new car (again). We completed the credit application online, that took about 5 minutes. within 5 minutes of that we received a call that the vehicle we were interested in would be up front waiting for us to test drive. When we arrived Marckell Johnson was waiting for us. They took our current vehicle to be appraised and handed me the keys to the vehicle we were interested in for a test drive. We decided that this was the vehicle for us. When we got back to the dealership, Marckell had the trade in appraisal in his had and we were ready to deal. They gave us more than we expected for our trade. The deal was done. No haggling or back and forth nonsense. Great deal, Excellent customer service and we have the vehicle we wanted.
