Called on star and had to wait for 2 hours before the tow truck came. When the diagnostics were done I got the message I had to pay 10000 dollars to replace the main electric battery. After some internet searching it turns out the battery can be replaced in small parts for much lower costs. They just don't even know about this at Ferman. Instead they appreciated my car at 500 dollars and wanted to sell me a new car. Also they were not able to locate the car and key for hours the next day when the tow truck driver came to get it. More
Wait time too long I had a 2:00 appointment, arrived at 1:50 and was checked in and told my customer service manager would be right with me. 15 minute later, the checki I had a 2:00 appointment, arrived at 1:50 and was checked in and told my customer service manager would be right with me. 15 minute later, the checkin representative came back and said that the manager had been delayed but be with me shortly. It was another 10 minute. 25 minutes just waiting to get my service started. The repair, a key fob coding was a 30 minute repair, but my time invested was 1 1/2 hours. Secondarily, the multiple emails and phone calls reminding me of my appointment was frustrating. I don't need daily reminders of my upcoming appointment. This is a time waster for me to have to deal with. More

Did not do complete job Terrible service with tech. Did not put DEF fluid into truck at all told us he did we just needed to drive it. Explained to him that's not how it works, manager got involved said same thing. Two more individuals had to get involved before they would look at the truck to find out there was NO DEF fluid in the truck at all!!! They then told us they filled it, and two weeks later the DEF percentage is at 27%...this means they didn't fill it AGAIN! Absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLES SERVICED HERE More

From the second I arrived I was greeted, informed and updated daily on my repairs in and extremely timely manner . I was in awe at their service and professionalism. The end result was amazing and flawless. I highly recommend Ferman for the entire package. More
