Service MEN- need an attitude adjustment! Only went there for a new key fab almost left with a dirty car from his feet all over my running boards & Weather tech mats. I told him to clean it. Had trouble over the weekend with a cylinder miss. No appointments available until Wednesday but showed up Monday morning to try and get it looked at. Had another dealership look at the problem while we appointments available until Wednesday but showed up Monday morning to try and get it looked at. Had another dealership look at the problem while we were traveling but they could not fix the issue. They told me they’d have to dig deeper into the engine to fix the problem. As we were on the road and 1000 miles from our destination we couldn’t let them start taking the engine apart. Well Ferman did their best and was able to get my vehicle in to take a look at the issue and quickly diagnosed the problem as just a faulty spark plug which the other dealership missed. Truck was returned that same day back to me running great again. They even washed the large amount of bugs off the exterior. Great job. They always take great care of their customers! More

Dropped off our van off for maintenance and a door repair. Tony did a great job of keeping us informed. This dealership is nothing but a scam business. They don't care about their customers, they sale you bogus warranty , and when you have a issue they would honor the warranty.
