On July 5, 1995 Ferman Motor Car Company celebrated the 100th Anniversary of its foray into the transportation business when Fred Ferman bought out his partner, and became sole owner of Tampa Cycle Company.
Much has changed since that pivotal day in 1895, but one thing remains true to this day...the mission and values guiding every dealership proudly bearing the Ferman name. David, Steve, service mgrs. Were professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and super helpful...while is was awaiting, they updated me on a regular bases..although the service Were professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and super helpful...while is was awaiting, they updated me on a regular bases..although the service code didn't allow the mechanics to understand the problem at first the 2nd trip in it did indicate the problem and were very quick to repair it...it's been a week, No troubles...I feel very confident in there ability to service my vehicle..I had lost my confidence in my prior dealer... Truck was towering on Friday we called ahead I went up on Saturday morning and spoke with neil he said they would get to it Monday or Tuesday we called on Wednesday and he said he had the keys but did on Saturday morning and spoke with neil he said they would get to it Monday or Tuesday we called on Wednesday and he said he had the keys but did not know anything about the truck....they would get to it he said we called on Thursday and spoke with Steve who checked on it and he told us it was ready....very unhappy with all but Steve who finally helped us More
