This guy, however, ga Having been a salesman myself (Door-to-Door Vacuum Cleaners, and used car sales) my patience with salespeople only goes so far. This guy, however, gave me exactly the right answers to my questions in such a way that he built up trust in me that he knew what he was talking about. That might sound simple to most people, but it's not. It's difficult for people to overcome the cynicism I've built up and protected for all my life, but he was able to convince me that in this instance I was not going to have to run to a whole lot of different dealerships looking for the right car He told me that he would be able to cruise all of Ferman's car lots with my wishlist and get me what I wanted. As much as I LOVE doing research on my computer, when I found out that I could give him the parameters (Exterior Color, Interior Color, Price Range, etc), and what bells & whistles were important to me (Air Suspension, 360* overview, side/front/rear cameras, power liftgate, and a bunch more) I was sold. I am now waiting to hear from him as to what he was able to find on his first pass through the dealer database AND, if nothing is there, he will put the search on a daily basis to see if anything is coming in on trade that he can notify me before it even hits the lot. That last part is what sold me as I would NEVER have that kind of access and a couple of the vehicles I'm interested in buying are impossible to find in the top trim lines. I am now anticipating a much easier buying experience. More
