But I've had better I have no issues with the service done on the car or the friendlness of staff. I think my Service Manager was Rob and he was just fine. But I was a little put out that they did recall work on my car that took overnight, but did not have a loaner car for me. They also didnt wash my car before returning it to me, stating "they didnt have time". Well it was sitting there for 24 hours, the recall work took 2.5 hrs. I think they had time. I think it's a really nice touch when a dealership washes your car for you before returning it. I was disappointed. They did offer to wash it once i was there to pick it up but at that point, i just needed to get going. That said, the shuttle service was appreciated and the woman driving the shuttle was friendly and helpful. More
