No communication, never answered voice mail and texts. Broke the good side of what was to be fixed while inspecting the car to figure out how to fix the bad part. I brought my 2012 GMC Arcadia into Ferman with my check engine light on. After analyzing it they told me it was a fuel sensor that would be $825. I told them that that was not the problem based on the fact engine light on. After analyzing it they told me it was a fuel sensor that would be $825. I told them that that was not the problem based on the fact that it would just stop running like it had a dead battery. I let them fix the fuel sensor. I drove less than 10 miles and it died on the side of the road and I had it towed back to Ferman. This time they said it was an Engine Control Module and it would be $1450. It made more sense to me that was the problem but I wanted Ferman to refund the money I had already spent. After a lot of back and forth I got them to refund half the $825. I used the money to go to my mechanic and got it fixed. A few people thought I should have gotten more back but the reason I wrote this review which I never do is because they are making the Cars and Trucks so complicated with all the Computers and Sensors it’s really hard just to diagnose problems. Tony was my service advisor and Ty is the Head Manager for the service department. Together over a week we were able to work it out and I got my problem fixed and saved a lot of money! Thanks Tony and Tyfor working with me to resolve this issue!!! Fred.I’ll be back. More
