Treated like a friend Since I have had my Colorado for a little over 3 years it has had a slight transmission shudder intermittent problem and every time I go in for a oil Since I have had my Colorado for a little over 3 years it has had a slight transmission shudder intermittent problem and every time I go in for a oil change. Have asked about it and it couldn't be replicated by the technician. This visit it was found and a bulletin came up 18-NA-145 everything was updated and now it drives like a brand new truck. Want to give a big thank you to Rob Marchido and whoever the tech was who fixed the problem. Have bought all my new cars for over 20 years at Ferman always a great experience no pressure from the salespeople. Thanks again More
