Chevy Pick -up My 2016 Chevy Silverado went to Ferman Chevrolet for repair of possible electrical/computer problems. I thought the truck would be there for two or th My 2016 Chevy Silverado went to Ferman Chevrolet for repair of possible electrical/computer problems. I thought the truck would be there for two or three days, but it took 2 1/2 weeks,. before they could diagnosed and repair the problem. I have brought my truck for all service work there, so I was amazed on the length of time. My original service advisor seem never to be available, but the one advisor I was able to speak to was Tom, which I appreciate him stepping in to discussed the problem. I do believe Tom did his best to help me with the problem, but was unable to get an answer due to their own computer problems in their repair shop or through-out their store. I tried to speak to service manager, but was sent to Tom's phone, which gave me the impression management did not want to bothered with. I have lost confidence in their service, so I will take my truck somewhere else for future service. More
