The moment we arrived at the Servive Department, I w We brought our 2011 Chevy Equinox to Ferman Chevy of Tarpon Springs for a new wiper blade motor. The moment we arrived at the Servive Department, I was greeted and asked how I could be helped. Although Tony Lang had initially helped get the needed part ordered, Shannon Smith checked us in and made sure I had a safe ride home with a courtesy ride. I was told that the repair would take about 2 hours to complete. True to their word, Tony gave me a call after 2 hours when I car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived back at the dealership, Shannon immediately helped me check out. From start to finish, everyone at the Service Department was friendly, competent and on top of their game. Thank you Ferman Chevy of Tarpon Springs and keep up the good work!!! More

Expensive Well for anyone that is looking for a headlight assembly for 2012 Chevy Camaro, dont go and get it from the dealership because one assembly is $1,200. Well for anyone that is looking for a headlight assembly for 2012 Chevy Camaro, dont go and get it from the dealership because one assembly is $1,200. All because a factory assembly got water in it after a day of rain. This review may be little bias and specific. I do come here for some parts but sometimes, a part for my car is completely expensive as xxxx when I can find the same factory part online for cheaper. For example.... the headlight assembly, found it online for $370 and it's actually made from a GM Factory but sold by another company that promises low prices with same great quality. Some parts are pricey, some are fair prices, and then you get told a price that makes you want to cry. More
