My new car I went in for an oil change and decided to see if trading in my car would be a better option for me. I feel they should replace the light at no charge to me because it was damaged because of a warranty issue that they fail to claim they fixed while my car was in service. I will not buy from them or take my car back to them until they right this issue.iv been a loyal chevy customer for years and this has made me change my mind about them and their products. It's to the point where I'll fix the light myself and trade the car in for another make and model. They have lost a customer from their lack of due diligence. More

That is an unusual quality in this era. I am directly grateful to Chance and Tom for making it happen. This Dearlership SUCKS! I purchased a 2014 Chevy Travrse in Feb 2017! I was told upon receiving the car it would be touched up and detailed! NOT, there was food in the back seat and scratches on the car! One week later I had to bring the car back to be serviced "Service Reps were rude", then 2 months later my battery died! You would think they would help I called the GM, no retuned call, I called the service desk they responded "we can't help you"! Must be because I am a Women they take advantage of us! I would never BUY anything from them! They could careless about their CUSTOMERS! More
