The service adviser, Neil, has been great! The body shop work that was needed as a result of my truck being crashed the day I was supposed to pic it up was done well. The communication with the body shop internally with service leaves a lot to be desired. This and the vehicle being crashed is the reason for 4 stars. Truthfully it should be 3, but accidents do happen. Oh and the fact that the body shop threw perfectly good after market Headlamp LED's in the trash really didn't sit to well with me either. I also needed a part saved for the insurance company ( Front Strut) and it was also thrown out by the body shop! More

The service manager, Tony didn’t check his work and charged me $700 for a job that wasn’t complete and didn’t solve the problem. the worst experience I’ve had at a dealership in my lifetime. Update; I originally had a negative experience at this dealership and was charged $700 for a situation I felt was unfair. However, after addressing the issue, Kevin Smith from the dealership stepped in and took care of it. He listened to my concerns and made things right by refunding the full amount. I appreciate the effort to resolve the situation and Kevin’s professionalism in handling it.
