I dropped off two vehicles in the last four months for tires. Both times. I didn't receive a phone call providing a status.. when I called there was no answer or went to another department. Person in service quickly showed me why car would periodically slightly jerk to left which was only an automatic adjustment, when on, to keep car in lane. No customer service. I have a nail with fix a flat in one tire after being serviced for 3 weeks.
