I bought my Diesel Colorado from Fermon, cost over 50,000 back in 2017, and always had a good experience. This time I had an engine problem where the pump feeding the DEF section had failed. Ferman had to or back in 2017, and always had a good experience. This time I had an engine problem where the pump feeding the DEF section had failed. Ferman had to order the pump and take the truck, wait time about two weeks. I asked for a vehicle to help me go to work etc, told no vehicle available ever since covid. Another Ferman dealership, BMW, always had a vehicle for my wife if the service was for a period of time; same with Hyundai with her electric car. Ferman was able to get the part short of a week, the part plus labor was $2000, which was expected, and I am not complaining about. I went to pick up the truck and expected at least a courtesy wash, but nothing. Not a good experience and probably won't go back. More
