Amazing experience! Before I start, I just want to say this was the easiest car purchase of my life. I also do not take the time to fill these surveys out - but Jonathan and Ferman on 54 in New Port Richey are exceptional. My husband and I have owned a Wrangler for years, and came to Ferman last Friday to take a look at the Gladiators. We wanted to upgrade his current Jeep but we weren’t yet sure which tuck we loved the most. When we got to the dealership, we were not bombarded by sales employees which we both were thankful for. When we did meet Jon, he was extremely polite and professional. He was warm and welcoming and made us feel very much comfortable with the process we were about to start. He asked us important direct questions to help understand our needs, and immediately provided us with his extensive knowledge to help understand this new Jeep truck. He took the time to go over every single detail on every variation. He was so patient with us! For 4 hours we went on test drives, looked at every spec (if you know Jeep you know there are hundreds of options), and never once pressured us into a decision. We knew we wanted knew but Jon even offered us a Certified Pre Owned Gladiator which we loved. When we had narrowed down our search to the Rubicon, found the exact color, every option it could have, I knew we found the one! Jon gave us ample time to make our decision without any pressure. My husband wanted to sit on the truck and think about it, and Jon was more than willing to accommodate him. He again made us feel completely at ease with no pressure to buy on spot. We came back the next day ready to sign every line to make the new Gladiator ours! We talked everything over and we not only loved the truck but we wanted to give Jon our business! Ferman made a customer for life and we will always come back for each and every new Jeep upgrade. More

Very efficient I was in a bit of a hurry and needed to be at the dealership for as little time as possible, and in the late afternoon time frame. We couldn't have been more pleased! Where to begin? I was quizzically looking for a new buggy so I made the mistake of making a generic online request for info on acquiring a new JEEP Ch Where to begin? I was quizzically looking for a new buggy so I made the mistake of making a generic online request for info on acquiring a new JEEP Cherokee and brother, I was deluged with requests from JEEP Dealers looking to satisfy my curiosity. After errantly answering a phone call from an unfamiliar number on a recent Saturday morning, and after listening to a bunch of unmitigated BS, I reluctantly agreed to meet with the JEEP Dealer in St. Pete. Well, let the record show that the salesperson with whom I was supposed to meet was too busy to greet me and I was relegated to an underling who didn't know squat about JEEP leasing or the BS that the Salesperson had thrown at me. I meandered around for 10-15 minutes looking at the vehicles in the showroom and in a fit of frustration, simply walked-out-the door! The entire scenario was a TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME! On the brighter side, one of my many responses was from Ferman Chrysler/JEEP/Dodge/ Ram from New Port Richey. I was comfortable with the simple and non-threatening approach of their initial email and sent a reply indicating that although I was not overly favorable in taking a 63-mile drive to NPR unless I felt the journey was worth my time. Well, I was 'soon communicating with Senior Sales Manager Walter Wallace and the fun began.... I put Walter thru his paces as this was NOT my first rodeo, having leased over 20+ automobiles since 1982. I am pretty aware of the facts, figures, and costs of Leasing and thru numerous email responses to the myriad of my inquiries concerning costs, terms and vehicle options, Walter was right there with the appropriate responses, openness and disclosures that I requested. Enough so that I fell victim to his Siren's Song and was compelled to undertake the epic journey to NPR to meet him, and Dog help me.... take a test drive. My wife, our Golden Retriever and I found-our-way to Ferman JEEP in NPR where upon entering the facility, we were warmly greeted and upon my request, directed to Walter Wallace. After a friendly chat, Walter introduced me to Mike Cantrell who became our designated salesperson. Mike suggested that we take the Cherokee that I was interested in for a spin around the block so Christie and I jumped-on in, leaving the dawg in the car with ALL of the windows down, a bowl of water at his disposal, and away we went, with me at the helm. Nice car! The juices were flowing, the dawg was salivating, and Mike the Salesguy was was doing whatever was necessary to facilitate a deal which would benefit botyh Ferman JEEP and my entourage. Mike probably wore-out a pair of shoes marching to-and-from his desk and the sales office conveying offers and counter offices. But, at long last, a deal was consummated and the Lease paperwork for the acquisition of a Blue, 2019 JEEP Cherokee, Ltd., was underway. Praise the Lord! Anyway, I can't say enough about the pleasantries of doing business with this organization. From start-to-finish, EVERYONE with whom we had interaction with was top-notch. Walter did EVERYTHING in his power from the onset of the email interlude to shaking my hand as we drove off into the sunset. Mike Cantrell, a young and proud veteran was spot-on with his friendly and positive demeanor and his quest for success. He was a pleasure to meet and get to know. No BS there, just an honest, courageous, and thoughtful gentleman. Ken Levicky and his colleagues in the business office were a joy. My trepidation when purchasing a new buggy is mostly concerning how long the paperwork is going to take. Do you want a tire warranty? NO! Do you want the floor mat package? NO! Do you this? Do you that? NO ! and NO! It wasn't like that at Ferman! Everything was inked and the transaction completed in record time. I'm talkin' ZOOM here! Christie and I, along with Grady White our Golden, are now the proud lessors of a stylin' new ride and we STRONGLY recommend Ferman C/J/D/R of NPR to ANYONE who is looking to secure a new ride. Case closed! More
