John L was so helpful and accommodating to make this transaction happen without living in the state in which the car is being sold. He helped with everything from start to finish the car. The transportation pick up , delivery and he took pictures to document everything. He is a asset to the ferman dealership in Florida. Sometimes buying a car in your state or in your local area can be nerve-racking enough yet alone over the phone, not in this case! it was a pleasure working with Jonathan L. I gave him 5 stars!!!!!!!! ( not showing on the page ) But dealership wise wasn’t up to level of John L. Again any dealership would be more then happy to have John L on their team! More

Worst experience I have had at a shop ever I always liked taking my car to Ferman for service. That definitely has changed based on the complete failure of my last visit. I went in for a 44k sc I always liked taking my car to Ferman for service. That definitely has changed based on the complete failure of my last visit. I went in for a 44k scheduled maintenanced. I arrived at my scheduled time of 3:30pm. As always they told me to wait in the waiting area and someone would come pick me up. I took out my laptop and started working while I waited. I didn’t even realize how much time had gone by. I look up and noticed that there was no one in the waiting area and it seemed late; it was 6:30pm. So I stand up and look out the door and I see my car in the spot it would be when they are done with the service so I go out and don’t see anyone. It turns out they closed at 6pm and you guessed it, NOBODY came to get me! Luckily I was able to find a car salesman from the dealer and even he was shocked at my story. After a while he did manage to get my key and told me that someone would call me the next day to take care of my bill. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! More
