I keep having to bring my car back I've brought my car in at least 6 times because the radio likes to skip set radio stations when you using the control on the steering wheel to change I've brought my car in at least 6 times because the radio likes to skip set radio stations when you using the control on the steering wheel to change the radio. The first three times, I was told it was user error. Jamie found it and did a computer update, which helped, but the problem resumed after about 2 weeks. A subsequent advisor told me that there was no problem, until he finally sat in the car and tried it for himself. He saw the problem and has ordered me two control buttons for the steering wheel, which worked for about 1-3 weeks, three weeks the first time, one week the second time. Jamie's great to work with! More

Service personnel were good but service time excessive. I was scheduled for 8am for oil & filter change was told it should not take long. Normally this procedure takes less than an hour with an appointment so I felt it was excessive. Steve apologized but had I known I would have taken the shuttle home and came back later. I have always given you 5 star ratings but had to drop down somewhat this time. More
