great, no pressure, pleasant, relieved This is the third time we have bought a car from this dealership and each time it has been a great experience. Everyone has been great to us. I walked in thinking it really wasn't possible to get a different vehicle. We had a situation with having to trade 2 cars in and we really didn't think they could come close to the payment we needed for our budget. So we waited and they were very patient and worked really hard to help us and they came through again for the 3x. I can't say enough for the people that work there. Our go to guy that has helped for the 2nd x was Johnathon Lopez, great guy, great salesman, very patient and not pushy at all. Which we all know that is a big reason why people don't go to car dealerships because on most occasion they are pushy, but not at this dealership. It's great to know there is a place to go were you don't get upset before you go for that reason. Great place and I am so glad we went. Went in for recall repair My husband took his car there to take care of a recall repair. The technician cracked a piece on his dash. When he got in the car he noticed it immediately. He broughtit to their attention and he was told "That couldn't have been me I wasn't anywhere near there." Well it was not there before, and it's there now. So after my husband insisting that it was not there before, they finally take him into the service office only to tell him that they can't help because there is no service manager there. He says they will call him Tuesday. It's Friday. Still no call. I would say stay away. More
