Service and Professionalism above and beyond I came to learn about Ferman Jeep dealership through another jeep dealer that told me "there wasn't any jeep in the color I wanted within 400 miles". I came to learn about Ferman Jeep dealership through another jeep dealer that told me "there wasn't any jeep in the color I wanted within 400 miles". They suggested I look at a new jeep that was in my price range in a different color. After looking online I discovered there was in fact the exact jeep I wanted down to the rims however used and not new. I called 20 minutes before Ferman closed and told them I was on my way to test drive the jeep. I was easily 30 minutes away and by 7:55 I got the call from Chris that he was aware I was on my way and would stay open to show me the car. First impressions go a long way and Chris nailed it with taking time to show me the jeep, provide car fact info, outline the history of the car and offering to have me take it home for the evening to show the family. Upon returning the next day we worked through the details of the purchase and Chris resolved my concerns for the brakes by having his service dept. ready to go over the car and remedy the situation. Chris also took time change out the hard top to a soft top and provide me with instructions on how to make the exchange in the future. My entire experience from beginning to end was beyond expectations and I am a true promoter of both Ferman Jeep and Chris Muniz. Having had an unpleasant experience at two other dealerships it was refreshing to see a team of people work together to make the sales experience enjoyable. More

Excellent service I am from out of state and needed an oil change and service on my jeep. Employees were very attentive and professional with the servicing of my jeep.
