If there were anything i would change about the Ferman dealership it would be two things: 1st, I would have liked to meet the owner of whom i purchased a vehicle from when i bought it…. 2nd, In the past every time i needed service, I'm left leaving a message and sometimes don't get a call back till the next day…. Ferman needs to step up there service dept. If this helps i will direct you to a chrysler dealer that has their act together in there service dept. (Dutchess Dodge in Poughkeepsie NY…. ) I have purchased 7 brand new Rams from Dutchess Dodge because of the service…. You are only as good as your service….. Poor Salesman My husband and I have been speaking to Roy Faulkner for a couple of months now on financing a 2016 wrangler unlimited. He explained to us that we need My husband and I have been speaking to Roy Faulkner for a couple of months now on financing a 2016 wrangler unlimited. He explained to us that we needed $4,000.00 down before we could do the deal. We saved and kept in contact with him during the 2 months and when we were ready we contacted him again to let him know we were ready and to have a jeep ready for us by the end of the week. When the time came he stated he had 8 jeeps within a 400 mile radius that he could get for us. He said he would contact us first thing this morning and we never heard from him so my husband calls him at 12:00 and he does not respond. again an hour later and he says hes in a meeting. Then at 3:00 my husband contacts him again and he says hes been with a customer since 10:00 a.m. so my husband tells him he doesnt appreciate being ignored and him not letting us know something. Roy then tells us that he wishes us luck with someone else to help us. What kind of salesman does this? Why did he offer to help us so much and then drop us when we are ready to make the purchase??? My husband then calls and leaves a message for the sales manager to call us back and at 3:00 today and it is now 7:30 and still no respond from anyone at all. More
