Everytime I come to ferman of NPR there’s something that prevents the work being done to my vehicle. I am told “we don’t give loaner cars” but i know for a fact I come to ferman of NPR there’s something that prevents the work being done to my vehicle. I bring it to another dealer and they take care of it for free! More

Lies, don't answer phone You are the worst service department I have had the displeasure of visiting.
