Everytime I come to ferman of NPR there’s something that prevents the work being done to my vehicle. I am told “we don’t give loaner cars” but i know for a fact I come to ferman of NPR there’s something that prevents the work being done to my vehicle. I am told “we don’t give loaner cars” but i know for a fact they do! I was just told i would be paying 500 bucks starting for repair on my trans. I bring it to another dealer and they take care of it for free! More

Lies, don't answer phone You are the worst service department I have had the displeasure of visiting. I could not contact anyone by phone and was told the truck would be fini You are the worst service department I have had the displeasure of visiting. I could not contact anyone by phone and was told the truck would be finished in 1 to 2 hours. 4 hours and the truck was not serviced and no one called me and I could not reach the service department the phone busy and left messages that were unanswered. You obviously took walk-ins over me because you make more money from walk-ins than from corp. accounts More
