Jamie Kissinger lied to me about fixing my truck and lost thousands of dollars in possible revenue by fixing my truck as agreed upon...he left me stuck for 4 days with no vehicle and was a real disrespectful smart a** once I arrived to pick up my still broken Durango... Jamie should loose his job for this. I dropped my Durango off there on a Friday morning for minor A/C repairs by Friday night they finally called me back and quoted me over $700 for new condenser/ labor to fix the air. I thought price was a little high but I told them to just fix it. now 3 days later they finally call me back and say they are now refusing to fix my Durango as there are some aftermarket parts in it and they cant guarantee the condenser would fix the A/C. I told them whatever it takes fix it. Once again they called me and refused to fix or work on my Durango. Ive since called corporate office and with there help found me another Dodge Dealer that will help me fix this A/C issue.... More

One recall could not be done due to lack of parts but he assured me that I would be notified when available. A bit of bummer that I will have to return for that recall but no other choice. More
Great customer service but expensive I took my car in as I have done many times over the past couple of years. I was greeted and everyone was friendly, Jason was very nice. I was given a full diagnostic $125, however I had complained about a noise my engine was making that wasn't fixed by the fuel induction service they suggested $135. My ac ended up being just a fuse that had burnt up. I was given a quote on my tension struts of $670! which I didn't do because I felt that was too expensive. I spent close to $300, ac is blowing cooler air now, nothing like how it used to be and it's still making a noise while running the engine. Not sure they checked everything. More

Outstanding visit! I'm new to the area and this was my first experience at Ferman's, as soon as I drove my vehicle into the service lane I was promptly greeted with a sm I'm new to the area and this was my first experience at Ferman's, as soon as I drove my vehicle into the service lane I was promptly greeted with a smile and told what to do and where to find my service writer. Jason Logue again greeted me and explained to me what they would be doing to my vehicle. Everything went smoothly and I got my vehicle back when promised, it was an excellent experience. Thank you!
