I recently took my car into Ferman Ford to have a recall repair completed. They quoted me it would take most of the day to do the work. They had the repair completed by 1pm and I was able to pick it up af repair completed. They quoted me it would take most of the day to do the work. They had the repair completed by 1pm and I was able to pick it up after work. Ferman also paid for my return trip home and back to the dealership via Lyft. It was a classy touch. Later they invited me back to have my vehicle cleaned inside and out. Thanks Ferman Ford! More
