Pleasant sales people especially Sam ! Finance department needs updated ! Had to fill out old style credit forms that were too small to read and too small to fill in all the info required ! We’ll be back We were in contract with a car at another Ford dealership... it was a horrible experience and the car wasn’t what was promised. So we left without a car and on the hunt for another Ford dealership we could get this car and future cars from. We found Ferman Ford through the USAA car buying service. We are so glad we did! Dominic was great from the start touching base with my husband and having the car pulled up ready for us to look at. He was honest and transparent the entire time. We really enjoyed our experience with Ferman Ford and we will be back when we are ready to upgrade my current Ford Escape. More

Had my car fix at the body shop and it was the worst experience I ever had. Was called and told my car was done only to have them call me back after I returned my rental car for them to tell me that th experience I ever had. Was called and told my car was done only to have them call me back after I returned my rental car for them to tell me that they ordered the wrong part. Still trying to figure out why you call the customer and tell them that there car is done without having all the parts. Then my car was only 278 dollars from being totaled and the body shop informed me that they wouldn’t find more than 1-2 hundred dollars in damage once they tore the car apart. My car was there over a month and at the last minute they somehow found 1400 dollars more in damage but since they started and we’re almost done the insurance said to fix it . They are all about making a buck and not your safety would never recommend this company and will make sure I let everyone know about my experience and unprofessional workers they have. Also when I went to pay my 500 dollar deductible they wouldn’t let me pay by check I had to pay by card or cash tell me how a suppose it car dealership can’t and won’t take a check they basically treated me like I was some low life that was poor. I also had to go show them damage that thy missed and said wasn’t there that’s a problem. More

The service is good. But Olta Kokona was excellent she. I went for only oil change but Went I informe informed everything that was going on we me car and the different noises it was making she didn’t hesi I went for only oil change but Went I informe informed everything that was going on we me car and the different noises it was making she didn’t hesitated to have the mechanic look at it. She also help out by finding if the warranty will cover it. She also provided with a mother car for me to use will they fix mine. She have me informed of everything.
