Worst Service Ever I brought in my 2018 F150 for service. I knew in advance that something major was wrong. The tapping, clacking, screaming banshee under my hood had is I brought in my 2018 F150 for service. I knew in advance that something major was wrong. The tapping, clacking, screaming banshee under my hood had issues and needed a replacement (recall on the coyote 5.0). Due to the dealers loaner policy I had to get my truck diagnosed before they would issue a vehicle. Leaving me scrambling to deal with an Uber / ride not once but twice. When my vehicle was finally done 2.5 weeks later I had to call to find out the status. POOR COMMUNICATION. When I got to Ferman for pick up, my service writer had already left for the day. The other service writers couldn’t find my paperwork, my keys, or my truck. They couldn’t even find me in their system. What an absolute $hit show. When they finally figured out where my paperwork was, I noticed that one of my PRIMARY complaints was never recorded or addressed!!! Seriously?!? As the ULTIMATE slap in the face, I then got the bill. I actually got charged for an oil change even though my entire engine was replaced under warranty!!! So wait, you’re telling me that FORD warranties the vehicle but not the replacement fluids? What a joke. Moral of this long bitter review? Take your vehicle to Veterans Ford instead. More

Never listen When I was with my advisor I specifically mentioned making sure someone put air in my tires as they were low. My advisor said this would be taken care When I was with my advisor I specifically mentioned making sure someone put air in my tires as they were low. My advisor said this would be taken care of because the mechanics will do a multipoint check on the entire car, which obviously wasn't done and my request wasn't relayed either. When he brought my car up after it was "completed" I checked my tires pressure monitor and it still read the same low marks at 30/31 psi when the door frame said 35 for each. I drove back around and advise the guy who checks you in when you first arrive and he went and got the hose to put air in my tires. This is not the first time I have asked something to be done or checked and it hasn't. I feel as if every time ferman ford services my car it is half assed. Also your website states that you will wash the cars that have an appointment and my came out just as filthy as it went in and I didn't pick it up for almost an hour after it was completed. I have also given the same response to the service center 9/30/19 and still not one single word from them. More
