Super Customer Service - Above and Beyond I went in for normal routine maintenance (oil change). Jeff, my assigned Service Advisor, reported there was a non-safety related recall on my Ford F- I went in for normal routine maintenance (oil change). Jeff, my assigned Service Advisor, reported there was a non-safety related recall on my Ford F-150. Jeff indicated if I did not have time during this visit we can schedule a future appointment and that this appointment should be complete in about an hour. I then waited for the scheduled maintenance to be performed while in the customer lounge where they offered complimentary coffee, hot cocoa, tea and sodas. After about an hour, as reported, Jeff came to get me to inform me service was complete and they went ahead and completed the recall so I would not have to be inconvenienced to have to make another trip back to have the work completed. So Jeff had his team take care of an issue without having to inconvenience me, the customer. Great customer service. More

An interesting, but excellent purchasing experience I want to thank Sam Derringer at Ferman Ford for an interesting, but ultimately an excellent purchasing experience.  Sam worked for over a week to fin I want to thank Sam Derringer at Ferman Ford for an interesting, but ultimately an excellent purchasing experience.  Sam worked for over a week to find me two Ford Rangers at a great price.  Out of the 5 dealerships I shopped, Ferman was the only one to offer me a great price on my first visit.  Every other dealer played games low-balling my trade-ins and inflating the costs of my two Rangers.  Even though the Ford trade-in bonuses had expired during the process, Ferman honored it anyway.  They also searched statewide to right the exact Rangers that I was looking for. Helped me out, even though it was the end of the day I stopped by the dealership on my way home from work as the warning light went on that my driver side brake light was out. Since I leave for work when I stopped by the dealership on my way home from work as the warning light went on that my driver side brake light was out. Since I leave for work when it is still dark, wanted to get this taken care of right away. Stopped by the dealership since this is where I bought my car, and wasn't sure if they were going to help me out. But they did! Replaced the brake light, and also took care of a recall issue.
