Super Customer Service - Above and Beyond I went in for normal routine maintenance (oil change). Jeff, my assigned Service Advisor, reported there was a non-safety related recall on my Ford F- I went in for normal routine maintenance (oil change). Jeff, my assigned Service Advisor, reported there was a non-safety related recall on my Ford F-150. Jeff indicated if I did not have time during this visit we can schedule a future appointment and that this appointment should be complete in about an hour. I then waited for the scheduled maintenance to be performed while in the customer lounge where they offered complimentary coffee, hot cocoa, tea and sodas. After about an hour, as reported, Jeff came to get me to inform me service was complete and they went ahead and completed the recall so I would not have to be inconvenienced to have to make another trip back to have the work completed. So Jeff had his team take care of an issue without having to inconvenience me, the customer. Great customer service. More
