A lot of the dealerships had ridiculous amounts of added fees not advertised. After driving many miles to see vehicles we were interested in, it was very discouraging to see the advertised price jump by $1500-$2000. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars, is because you have to finance and have a trade in to get the advertised price. But it does list that on the website. I like straight up advertising, and it appears most dealerships play that game. Ferman has nothing added but the expected dealer fee, tax, tag and title. The car is amazing and happy with the out the door price overall. More

The waiting area is terrible too - loud, filled with employees complaining about work while helping themselves to coffee, dirty, and nothing more than a hallway to the showroom.
