Now the sales guy (I can't even remember his name) I had was worthless, but that didn't matter because I has a I bought my 2015 Mazda CX-5 from here. Now the sales guy (I can't even remember his name) I had was worthless, but that didn't matter because I has a broker that found my car, handled all the bull that comes with the car buying experience. Once I got past that, I got a great buy! I bought the car with some body damage the dealership said they would fix. Once I got to the "behind the scenes" crew I was handled like royalty!! From the body shop to the service department and even the car rental. Special thanks to David and Kristina. I've had the car for a year now. Before my Mazda, I would never take my car to the dealer for anything. These guy changed my outlook on Dealers. They are now the only ones that ever touch my car and they handle it with great care, as well as means my family. I'm just blown away by this team!! More

Unexceptional! While my truck was being serviced for a drivetrain problem, my door was dinged up badly and the paint was ruined. I was told from the paint and servic While my truck was being serviced for a drivetrain problem, my door was dinged up badly and the paint was ruined. I was told from the paint and service department that the truck would be done in 2 days total. I was also told from the service manager, a recall procedure would also be done which would take 5 hours when they finally got it back into their shop from the paint booth. They guaranteed me that would paint the whole door, and clean the whole truck because of the inconvenience. 7 days later I got my truck back. My truck was obviously left outside completely dirty never been washed, never went inside the truck to clean, and never even vacuumed to help do something to apologize for the inconvenience. I have never felt so disrespected and uncared-for in any auto dealer in my entire life. More
