Timeline crisis We were going to leave Clearwater for Canada on a Friday. On Tuesday, the driver’s side seat rail broke and the vehicle was unsafe to drive. As US Thanksgiving was Thursday and we had an appointment in Largo Wednesday morning, William went above and beyond to have the part ordered and delivered by Wednesday morning and provided us with a courtesy car until the repair had been completed. By noon on Wednesday we had our Explorer back and were on our way to Canada on Friday. We have been dealing with Ferman Ford for our six years as snowbirds. Thank you, thank you, thank you. More

Demetrios went above and beyond my expectations of a car salesman. Most car salesmen want your business and then want you to leave asap to move onto the next person. Not the way Demetrios handles business. He was very welcoming, wanted to assist in any way he could to make sure we were taken care of. Any concerns I had he came with a get it done the right way attitude and assured me things will be taken care of under him.
