Trade in and purchase of new car Today I took my 2012 Ford Focus as a trade it in for new car at the Ferman Ford Dealership and dealt with Demetrios Mina. I am not a fan of car Today I took my 2012 Ford Focus as a trade it in for new car at the Ferman Ford Dealership and dealt with Demetrios Mina. I am not a fan of car buying. I have had experiences in the past that were not great. However today was different. Jimmy (Demetrois) was extremely professional not pushy he listened to what I wanted worked with my trade in and rebates and I drove off the lot with a new 2017 car. I would highly recommend this salesman and this dealership. More

As pleasant and stress free as possible I had to take our car in without an appointment, because over the weekend a tire/wheel started making a thumping noise and we could not figure out wha I had to take our car in without an appointment, because over the weekend a tire/wheel started making a thumping noise and we could not figure out what it was. I worried that it was some serious wheel or drive issue. I brought it in early, hoping to get this taken care of, and Ferman did not let us down. Not only did Robert Guinn, Service Advisor, make the experience comfortable from the time I discussed the issue with him, he also reminded me that I needed a 15k service. It turned out we had construction debris stuck in our tire, and fortunately they were able to repair the tire with no additional issues. I had expected to do the 15k service next Spring anyway, so the added cost was not a complete surprise. In the end, the car is now running great, and I'd like to thank Robert and Ferman for making this experience as pleasant and stress free as possible. More

Purchase vehicles not accessories and no manners I went to Ferman Ford looking to purchase a new F150 and a used suv for my wife. After looking a different vehicles we decided on a 17 F150 and a 11 F I went to Ferman Ford looking to purchase a new F150 and a used suv for my wife. After looking a different vehicles we decided on a 17 F150 and a 11 Ford Edge. I almost walked out because they changed the numbers we agreed on after we got into the finance office, after speaking with two managers we got things straightened out. However after being at this dealership for about 8 hours not one person asked about any accessories we might want, not a bed liner, floor mats, window tint, etc... Nothing! I guess I’ll go to another dealer for those. Then as we are switching our belongings into our new vehicles only the sales manager came out to show us how to connect our phones to our new vehicles, not once did our salesman thank us or ask if we had any questions. I have to get a new vehicle for work every 3 years and after my experience with Ferman Ford I’m not sure I’ll be back. More
