The Service Rep is 5 stars. He got my car an immediate appointment and diagnosis very fast. He was very knowledgable and also displayed respect for my 21 year old Ford Explorer. Instead of, "Man your car appointment and diagnosis very fast. He was very knowledgable and also displayed respect for my 21 year old Ford Explorer. Instead of, "Man your car is olddddd!", he had great familiarity with my car and affinity and respect for it. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the service center is because parts and repairs are so xxxx expensive. But that is more likely due to the Ford Corporation. I do very much appreciate competent people at this service center. Thank you. More
