The service was great. But my car sustained some damage on my rear bumper. I now have a large yellow paint mark. Also, a $100. Gift card was stolen out of my car. No communication from the service center about our vehicle's problem and its progress. Very disappointed we have to call just to get updates 😕. Have 2 cars there in the service dept. now and if it w vehicle's problem and its progress. Very disappointed we have to call just to get updates 😕. Have 2 cars there in the service dept. now and if it wasn't for Tom our salesman, wouldn't know anything. Tom is wonderful and the only reason why we haven't lost our minds. Hopefully he doesn't retire before we get our vehicles back. More
