Unfortunately I did not have the best experience with this dealership. I scheduled an appointment for 1:30 and when I arrived was told that the person assisting me had just gone on break and wouldn’t be this dealership. I scheduled an appointment for 1:30 and when I arrived was told that the person assisting me had just gone on break and wouldn’t be back until 2:00. Someone else said they would get me checked in, however they changed my time on the wait screen to 2:00. After an hour and a half, and not hearing anything, I went to ask if there was an update. They told me it was the battery and I agreed to replace it. I then waited another hour and then went back inside for another update. They said it was finished (as I noted since it was parked up front), however I was never communicated to about any of the progress along the way. One plus to my trip was the exceptional hospitality from Phillip! He provided myself and my kids with multiple tickets for free concessions. Hospitality was exceptional however communication and customer service should be greatly improved. More
William is great.. He has done a great job taking care of me when I have had to bring my truck in. It's a Ford Dealership where Ford vehicle owners expect Quality Service of their vehicles and servicing of your needs. The Service center keeps you informed while repairing Recalls and basic maintenance. Quality Service of their vehicles and servicing of your needs. Keeping in touch while there and making sure their employees are honest and trustworthy. When you have a body shop repair you expect the same respect of your vehicle while it stays there overnight for several days. When it's returned to you it should have all that it went in with, not missing Original Mustang Embroidered Front floor mats to be replaced with others. When Managers are supposed to call you back and do not, the level of respect and trustworthy is lost. More

Scheduled to have my car picked up for service in the morning. They never picked up my car and I had to drive it up to the service center. Then at the service center they tried to tell me I didn’t have a morning. They never picked up my car and I had to drive it up to the service center. Then at the service center they tried to tell me I didn’t have an appointment. I had to show them the number I called and my verification email and then all he said was it must be an error in our system. I ended up having to call work and get rescheduled to a later shift because I was going to be late. Would have given 0 stars but the guy gave me a free oil change coupon so I will give you 2 stars More
