Great service. My battery died at 445pm and after a jump start, I got to the dealership around 530pm. They had techs and a super professional service rep that got me in and out by 630pm. I'm very disappointed with last service at Ferman Ford. I visited Ferman Ford on 5/16/2020, for a oil change and a set of new tires. After l paid for the services, l realized they put on 4 new tires but did visited Ferman Ford on 5/16/2020, for a oil change and a set of new tires. After l paid for the services, l realized they put on 4 new tires but did not change my oil. I was pressed for time so l had to go back on the 19th to the oil change. At least they gave me 2 free oil change for the inconvenience. More
