I went to this dealership as I had found online a truck that checked all the boxes for me. I got there as soon as they opened and the sales associate was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to ans that checked all the boxes for me. I got there as soon as they opened and the sales associate was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all of the questions I had about the truck. Required service from Dale mabry shop,Mr. Nardone wanted to charge me for a service that should of been done by other store before I purchased less than 3 weeks prior. Bad communication. Service rep blamed me for misunderstanding. Because he has 39 years experience. He did not tell me about 200 dollar diag fee.
