Scam Artists Bought a Brand new Mustang GT 2018 had problems right off the bat horrible service at first they thought it was an oxygen sensor so instead of orderin Bought a Brand new Mustang GT 2018 had problems right off the bat horrible service at first they thought it was an oxygen sensor so instead of ordering a new one they cleaned it out because they were too cheap then a week later engine light on again this time they said it was a short circuit claimed they fixed it literally 2 days later engine light on again they ordered a new oxygen claimed they put it in literally next day engine light on this time they said it was a computer issue claimed they fixed it once again then 2 weeks later engine light on yet again this time a computer coding issue. Still pending on the car they have not compensated me with nothing definitely will NEVER buy or talk good about this scam artist place again!!! More

My XC60 On 12/24/2018 (Christmas Eve) my 2016 Volvo XC60 was parked in a parking lot and the right rear bumper was damaged when another vehicle backed into it On 12/24/2018 (Christmas Eve) my 2016 Volvo XC60 was parked in a parking lot and the right rear bumper was damaged when another vehicle backed into it. I brought my Volvo to Ferman Collision on US19 in Clearwater, FL. Right from start Brian handled everything perfectly. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I brought car in on a Wednesday and it was completed by Thursday afternoon. The repair was meticulously completed and looked like there was never any damage. The people at Ferman also handled a pickup and drop off my rental car from Enterprise Car Rental. I could not be happier and would highly recommend Ferman Collision. I assume Ford will be charged for services not incurred. possibly loaner vehicle which I did not utilize .Refused me shuttle service .Service agent Jeff. They attempted to add a recall door latch freezing issue which I DID NOT EVEN KNOW ABOUT - I REFUSED. Was there three times for service work. Finally met a good service rep. Mr. Cameron Rolon who closed out warranty work. More
