Poor service First I had to reschedule after booking my appointment online because they had somehow overbooked. Then when I came in at the later date I was not inf First I had to reschedule after booking my appointment online because they had somehow overbooked. Then when I came in at the later date I was not informed that my vehicle was done. I happened to show up because I knew they were closing soon. Yup, it was actually done but no one called or texted me. There were recommendations on my RO that were not gone over with me. I did not discover them until I left. I didn’t feel like anyone there really gave a... you know what... about me, my vehicle or even having my business. Indifferent at best. More

Wonderful service and all personnel very pleasant The tire blew on the Flex and I called and took the car in right away. Tire couldn't be gotten that day so they kept the car and I asked for it to be The tire blew on the Flex and I called and took the car in right away. Tire couldn't be gotten that day so they kept the car and I asked for it to be serviced and that I had to have it back on Monday. They got the tire, serviced the vehicle and called so I could get it back before they closed on Monday. A courtesy van picked me up and took me to Ferman Ford.
