He even set up my rental car so that it was all ready for me when it was time to go. He called two days later as he said he would and told me that my vehicle was ready. I am delighted with the work performed on my car. I could not see where it had been repaired. and my vehicle had been given a good wash and polish.. The car looked great . More

Ridiculous service Brought my car to the service department to be service for something that was wrong with the car before I bought it. speakers in the back were blown . Brought my car to the service department to be service for something that was wrong with the car before I bought it. speakers in the back were blown .middle console was missing a light and warped and a few other things. upon bringing my car to the service department when it was returned to me my brand new tint that was bought was scratched in the back literally arms-length..there was more chips and dips and punctures in my plastics near where my speakers need to be fixed and my shifter plastic was grooved and scraped.. even though my middle console was ordered to be knew I was told that they had fixed it by warping it back into place the light that they said was fixed wasn't even visible or inside the hole was still there with a light needed to go overall is probably the worst experience I've ever had with a car... I don't blame the person who I spoke with about servicing my car but all jjokes aside this made me look at Ford like it was a xxxx show.. More

1st experience with FL dealership I had a bit of trouble getting through to a "live" person to make a service appointment but after Jeff took my call he also took care of all of my ser I had a bit of trouble getting through to a "live" person to make a service appointment but after Jeff took my call he also took care of all of my service needs. Prompt vehicle check in, loaner car and on my way. 15 min. max. My vehicle pick up was even quicker. I'm not looking for another Ford dealer in the area, I use Ferman Ford! More
Squeezed in for new battery Cameron was our service rep. And he was friendly and professional. He tried his best to get our service issue corrected as fast as possible even thou Cameron was our service rep. And he was friendly and professional. He tried his best to get our service issue corrected as fast as possible even though we did not have an appointment. The cost of the service was average but a tad higher than the larger auto stores like Auto Zone etc. but competitive. The best part of our experience was our rep—-Cameron. He was extremely busy but acted like we were his only customers. He is to be commended. More
