Throughout the past several years, checkin Matthew , I must tell you how very much I am blessed from being a real part of your team at MINI . Throughout the past several years, checking in , taking car of my vehicle and Richards , I have always felt that I was never a ‘ customer . You as the entire staff always I witnessed worked in unison as a team , like an orchestra , always willing to enjoy, learn from and take in the elegance with style with some extra grace as well. You all , especially you Matthew , have always had eye contact wth me , always have called me Mr Harper . I jest , due that you still sir operate with the enormous grace , understanding, passion and superb patience . I wanted to Thank you for the extra efforts today in help making this happen but also I felt the real concern in taking care of my vehicles if not for word , a hand shake, or verbal agreement , but just in the complete regal style as a professional gentleman that yourself , Race and Paul demonstrate too me each and every time. I appreciate the honesty , the integrity but most of all , doing the right thing. I know these words will have some good impact but it is in the actions , and in the reverence in service you all provide. I look at each of you and know this is not a job to you or for you .
