I stopped going to ferman a few years back because I was unhappy with the customer service. I had a repair that needed to be done that other shops told me the dealership would have to to. But I honestly had such a good experience. New staff, they sent me videos of the things that needed to be replaced and explained to me why. Even paid for my ubers to get to and from work while my car was being serviced. Thank you for a great experience ferman. More
