After the 2019 model year BMW is no longer importing its Sports Wagons into the Stares. I located the 2018 BMW Sports Wagon I'd been searching for on Ferman Volvo's dealer page. My local mechanic reviewed the CarFax report and agreed that it met his criteria and mine. I contacted the dealership by telephone on Saturday morning and by late afternoon had finalized my purchase. As I lived 200 miles away, they accepted my AEX account for my deposit. It was a very easy and smooth transaction., I can't speak to their finance department as I did not finance my purchase. There was difficulty in locating a one-way rental with return at their dealership. To facilitate the sale and make my purchase experience even smoother, Ferman Volvo sent a car and driver to pick me up for travel to the dealership. The salesman and his sales manager were professional and courteous. While preowned, the wagon was in pristine condition. I'd recommend the dealership to friends and relatives. More
